Repair work was very professional. Paint matched exactly to the existing paint on car. Job was done quickly. Not only was our car cleaned on the outside but they took the time to clean the inside as well. Great job and personnel. I will be recommending them to our family and friends.

I got rear ended and Import Paint & Body was recommended to me. My car is perfect and looks new again. They were so communicative for the entire process and were so kind. They detailed it on top of making it look amazing. They did a fantastic job!

I dropped my car off at Import Paint and Body Shop on April 6 after calling a week in advance. I was told to bring it in so they could order parts ahead of time, and that the repair would take 5–7 days. After a week, I called for an update and was told the part still wasn’t ready. I understand delays can happen, but communication was very poor. For the next two weeks, I kept getting told “it will be ready tomorrow,” with no real progress or clear explanation. By April 21, my husband called and said we would pick up the car if it wasn’t finished. They told us to come at 4 PM. When I arrived, the car looked fine from the outside, so I paid. However, as soon as I sat inside, I noticed a crack in the windshield. I immediately went back in and asked to speak with Phil Graham, who worked on the car. He claimed the crack came from a pre-existing chip. That is not true. There was no damage to the windshield when we dropped the car off. I have photos, my insurance company has photos, and the shop took their own photos as well—none show any damage. Despite this, the shop refused to take responsibility after I had already paid. After being rear ended, I wanted a body shop that would take the best care of my Porsche Macan. After doing a lot of research, Import Paint and Body was the company I decided to go with. I’m glad I did! The repair on my bumper was perfect. I’m thrilled how good it looks! You can’t tell I was ever hit. But what’s even better, they went above and beyond after the repair and gave my car an amazing detail! I believe a full paint correction as well! The black paint shines like it did when it was new! I’ve been so busy lately I haven’t had time to even wash my poor Macan. When I picked it up today, I was blown away! Not only was the outside immaculate, the inside was spotless as well! Even the barrels of the wheels were clean! I will absolutely recommend Import Paint and Body to everyone!

This place is 100% worth the money. Their work is 100% quality. They painted my Alfa Romeo perfectly. I couldn't even notice where they blended it. The flakes matched up spot on. They polished it after the paint job and it looks better than new. It has a very nice mirror finish. Trust me, you get what you pay for with this shop. Staff is very polite and friendly. Super welcoming.
